Registration

Course Fees

Course fees are per person/per session

2 hour courses: $129 per session
3 hour courses: $179 per session

Organizations or participants that register for 3 or more of the same/different course will receive $10 discount per course. Discount only applies to registrations submitted at the same time and is not retroactively applied.

CPE Credit

Each registered participant is eligible to receive CPE credit. CPE credit is provided by AHACPA. In accordance with the standards for the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, CPE Credits are granted based on a 50-minute hour. National Registry of CPE Sponsors ID Number #107749.

Course Sequence

Courses can be taken out of sequence and there are no prerequisites for the courses.

In addition to the courses offered under the Public Housing and HCV Financial Management tracks, individuals who are fairly new to HUD programs may also find the ED 101 courses helpful.  The ED 101 courses are targeted to Executive Directors with less than 3 years of experience in the Executive Director position or Public Housing or HCV supervisors interested in advancing to an ED position.

CPE Information
CPE Credit is provided by AHACPA
Learning Objective: Courses provide PHAs with an understanding of a variety of program requirements.
Who Should Attend: Housing Authority Executive Directors, Public Housing and HCV Supervisors, Finance Directors, Auditors, and other financial personnel
Program Knowledge Level / Prerequisites - ED 101 Track: Courses offered are update-level content.  No prerequisite is required.
Program Knowledge Level / Prerequisites - HCV Track: Courses offered are update-level content.  You should have a basic knowledge of the HCV Program.
Program Knowledge Level / Prerequisites - Public Housing Track: Courses offered are update-level content.  You should have a basic knowledge of the Public Housing Operating and Capital Fund programs.
Advanced Preparation: No advanced preparation is required. Attendees will be given the opportunity to download digital materials.
Instructional Method: Group Internet Based Programs, with Q&A and chat options to interact with presenters
Length/CPE Credits/Field of Study: We offer courses ranging from 1 to 3 hours.  CPE credits are based on a 50-minute hour, in accordance with the standards for the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be received via email ([email protected]). Registration fees are fully refundable provided the request is received at one week prior to the course. Requests received less than one week before the course will receive a refund less an administration fee of $25.
Substitutions: If you are unable to attend a course you may substitute another individual or change locations without penalty. The change must be within the same calendar year. For proper CPE credit and record keeping, you must notify us in advance of any substitution or change in location.
