The following topics will be covered in this session: \n\nProper accounting for revenues and expenses;\nCalculating restricted net position (RNP) and unrestricted net position (UNP);\nAccounting for special issues such as fraud and portability; and\nReconciliation of VMS data to the FDS.\n\nThe focus is on HCV reporting; however\, the session will also discuss reporting requirements of the Mainstream program.
